salt 1/ 8 tbsp

sugar 1/ 4 tbsp

Cooking wine 2 tbsp

soy 2 tbsp

First , Wash the Shrimps .

Next , Cut away the Shrimp head .

Then , Crack the eggs , mix the eggs with Shrimps & salt & sugar & cooking wine & soy to marinade for 10 minutes in a big bowl .

Finally , Heat the oil in the wok ,add the pickled shrimps ,stir _ fried for 5 minutes .when almost done ,sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve them on the plate
