白酱牛肉意面配西兰花

Cream sauce beef pasta with broccoli(白酱牛肉意面配西兰花) 晒晒我的工作餐   Time: about 40 minutes(时间:40分钟) Ingredients(原料) ·      Beef(牛肉) ·      Broccoli(西兰花) ·      Spaghetti(意面) ·      Garlic(蒜) ·      Milk (about 200ml)(200ml牛奶) ·      Black pepper and salt(黑胡椒和盐)   1.     Boil the spaghetti for 15 minutes(意面煮15分钟) 2.     Cut the garlic and beef into small pieces(蒜切末,牛肉切小块) 3.     Add some oil to a pot, place the garlic in when the oil is heated(锅里放油烧热,加入蒜末炒香) 4.     Add the beef, cook until its color turns darker(加入牛肉炒至变色) 5.     Add the milk, then add the boiled spaghettis, stir until all spaghettis cover the cream(加入牛奶和煮熟的意面,翻炒至所有意面沾上白酱) 6.     Add some salt and black pepper(加入盐和黑胡椒) 7.     Boil the broccolis for 2 minutes, place it in the dish with cream sauce beef pasta (西兰花焯熟,放在意面旁边) 8.     Done (完成)
