Tomato and Parmesan Mini panna cotta

Boil the cream and pour in the tomato sauce, grated cheese and gelatine, previously soaked in cold water.

Add the salt and oregano. Beat the mixture then pass through a strainer.

Fill the moulds and freeze. Turn out and serve.
Suggestions:
Serve on top of toasted bread rounds with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
