self raising flour 100g

milk 3 Tbsp

chocolate chips 2 Tbsp

oatmeal 2 Tbsp

cocoa powders 1 Tbsp

preheat oven at 190℃

prepare patty tin with 10 cake cases

sieve self rasing flour and cocoa powder, minimum repeat 3 times

cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy

beat the egg

add the beaten egg into mixture gradually (3 times)

add milk if the creamed mixture is thick

add in chocolate chips and oatmeal. Mix well

put the mixture into the cake cases

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

when mixing butter and sugar, don't non-stop, it will make muffins tough
